Selection Process of IDBI Bank:
Preliminary Exam: A computer-based test (CBT) consisting of 100 objective-type questions from General Studies, English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. Each subject has a 25% weightage.
Main Exam: A pen-and-paper test consisting of four papers for JAM and three papers for Executive:
JAM:
- Paper I: English Language (100 marks)
- Paper II: General Studies (200 marks)
- Paper III: Management Aptitude Test (200 marks)
- Paper IV: Banking and Finance (200 marks)
Executive:
- Paper I: English Language (100 marks)
- Paper II: General Studies (200 marks)
- Paper III: Management Aptitude Test (200 marks)
Personality Test: A Personal Interview conducted by a panel of experts. The Personality Test carries 100 marks and assesses the candidates’ personality, mental alertness, leadership qualities, and suitability for the job.
