Selection Process

The selection process for the SBI Junior Associate JA Clerk (Customer Sales & Support) Recruitment 2023 will consist of the following stages:

    1. Preliminary Examination: The preliminary examination will be an objective type test consisting of three sections:

      • Reasoning Ability: 70 marks
      • Numerical Ability: 70 marks
      • English Language: 60 marks The duration of the preliminary examination will be 2 hours.

 

    1. Main Examination: The main examination will also be an objective type test consisting of four sections:

      • English Language: 100 marks
      • General Studies (Banking & Finance): 100 marks

Eligibility criteria for CTET 2024:

  • Educational qualification:
    • Minimum 50% marks in graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
    • Minimum 55% marks in post-graduation in education from a recognized university.
    • 3-year integrated B.Ed. – M.Ed. degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks in graduation.
  • Age limit:
    • Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as of 01 July 2024.

Subjects Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi/English), Mathematics, Environmental Studies
Paper 2  Designed for Teaching Classes VI to VIII
Subjects Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Hindi/English), Mathematics, Science, Social Science

Exam pattern for CTET 2024:

  • Mode of examination: Computer-based test (CBT)
  • Total marks: 150 each for Paper 1 and Paper 2
  • Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes each for Paper 1 and Paper 2
  • Question type: Multiple choice questions (MCQs)

Passing criteria for CTET 2024:

  • Minimum qualifying marks: 60% in each paper
  • Relaxation for SC/ST/PWD candidates:
    • 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates
    • 10% relaxation in qualifying marks for PWD candidates

Application procedure for CTET 2024:

Candidates can apply for CTET 2024 online through the official website of CBSE. The application process is as follows:

  1. Visit the official website of CBSE.
  2. Click on the “CTET 2024” link.
  3. Click on the “Apply Online” link.
  4. Either create a new account or log in if you already have one.
  5. Complete the application form and upload the necessary documents.
  6. Pay the application fee.
  7. Submit the application form.

Fee for CTET 2024:

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,000 for each paper and ₹1,200 for both papers
  • SC/ST/PH: ₹500 for each paper and ₹600 for both papers
